Stronger Together.

The Lake County Coalition for the Homeless has a governance model that encourages membership involvement in decision-making. All full members in good standing are members of the Board of Directors. The Steering Council exists to coordinate the flow of information as proposals are developed in committee and then approved by the Board of Directors. The Steering Council consists of the chairs of the five committees and four officers. All Steering Council members are elected; officers to a two-year term and committee chairs to a one-year term. Learn more about the Steering Council here.
